If you are coming up to Eastridge to get your groceries and want a beautiful bouquet of flowers to brighten your day or just driving past, THIS IS FOR YOU!!
We have set up a Contactless Pick Up Service from Eastridge Shopping Centre to keep everyone safe. We are able to take online payments or Credit card sales by phoning us on 528-2528
Phone Orders Pick Ups
Just call us 528-2528 and let us know what you want, once the payment has gone through:
- We will ask you for your Name and phone number and add your details to the back of your receipt.
- When you are ready to collect your flowers, just press the buzzer on the counter in the Kiosk. We will come out and ask you for your name and phone number
- On returning we will place your flowers and receipt in a plastic basket and in the Kiosk and step out, ensuring safe distancing is maintained. You are welcome to then collect your flowers.
- To ensure that we keep everyone safe we will be cleaning the buzzer and basket between every person and will be using masks and gloves whilst we work.
Phone Orders - Driving Past
If you want to pick up flowers and are driving past Eastridge, there will be a designated parking space labelled Eastridge Flowers. Just call us 528-2528 and let us know what you want, once the payment has gone through:
- We will ask you for your name and cars number plate and add this to the back of your receipt.
- When you arrive just call us and we will bring your bouquet out to your car
- To ensure that we keep everyone safe we will be clean the basket between every person and will be using masks and gloves whilst we work.
We deliver to most Auckland areas for a flat service price of $15. The Auckland area this service price covers is as follows: As far north as Long Bay, west to Massey and Titirangi Township, no further south than Papakura, and no further east than Cockle Bay.

For any address beyond these listed the delivery cost is $20.

Please inquire prior to order booking if you are interested in deliveries to the following locations: Waiheke or other islands, rural (RD) addresses, or PO boxes.

We strongly recommend a contact number for the recipient, so we may contact them should any problems arise such as they are not at home and would like us to leave the flowers in a secure covered area or if any special codes are required in order to access gated, secured community or buildings.
We deliver twice a day, Monday to Friday. One morning delivery on Saturdays, and no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays (Except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day).
Orders received before 10am will be sent out in the morning, and will be delivered any time before 2.30pm.
Orders received before 2pm will be sent out on our afternoon delivery and will be delivered no later than 6.30pm.
Orders for Saturday delivery need to placed before 10am and will be delivered any time before 2.30pm.
We do not deliver on Sundays as couriers are not available, the exception to this rule is on Mothers Day these deliveries are done by a specialised in house team/florist who have in the past taken care in delivering, reading cards if need be and placing flowers for those who are unable to.
If you place an order after the above times, your flowers will be delivered the following working day.
We will endeavor to always get your orders out within the usual times set above but If your order needs to be delivered urgently or for a certain time, this does incur an extra cost. Please call the shop for a quote. 09 528-2528
Orders to business addresses (based on usual business hours) must be placed before 10am for same day delivery. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for business orders placed after this time. Please contact the shop for more information.
There are several options if the recipient is not home upon delivery;

If possible, our trusted couriers will leave the flowers in a safe and dry spot. All our flowers are sent out with a good water pack to ensure freshness.
If we are unable to leave the flowers somewhere safe, our couriers will leave a calling card for the recipient. If this is the case, there will be a re-delivery fee of the same original delivery cost.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
