We are located in the Eastridge Shopping Centre 215 Kepa Road, Mission Bay.

We are pleased to be able to deliver once again to the Hospitals in Auckland. However we are restricted to only being able to deliver late afternoon, so we ask that you check the recipient will still be there. 

We are open:

Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm

Sunday 9.00am to 4.30pm 

 

We deliver twice a day, Monday to Friday and once on Saturdays, with no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays (Except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day). 

Orders received before 9.00am will be sent in the morning. Orders received after 9.00am and before 11.00am will be sent in the afternoon and delivered anytime before 7.00pm. If you place an order after the above times, your flowers will be delivered the following working day.

Orders for Saturday delivery need to placed on Friday afternoon and will be delivered any time before 6.30pm on Saturday, we cannot guarantee morning deliveries on Saturdays.

If you place an order after the above times, your flowers will be delivered the following working day.

We deliver to most Auckland areas for a flat service price of $15. The Auckland area this service price covers is as follows: As far north as Long Bay, west to Massey and Titirangi Township, no further south than Papakura, and no further east than Cockle Bay.

Please select Auckland ZONE 1 DELIVERY at checkout - please check the map. Outside these areas, please contact us for a quote on delivery costs.

Orders to business addresses (based on usual business hours) must be placed before 9.00am for same day delivery. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for business orders placed after this time. On Valentine’s Day we are unable to deliver to business addresses. 

There are several options if the recipient is not home upon delivery.

Please make sure you have included the delivery date in your order and a contact phone number of the recipient, The courier will only make contact if they are not at home to arrange a safe place to leave the flowers or if special codes are needed to access the address.

If possible, our trusted couriers will leave the flowers in a safe and dry spot. All our flowers are sent out with a good water pack to ensure freshness.

If we are unable to leave the flowers somewhere safe, our couriers will leave a calling card for the recipient. If this is the case, there will be a re-delivery fee of the same original delivery cost.
