Shop opening Hours on Level 3 are from 10.00am - 3.30pm due to COVID restrictions, placed on wholesale flowers.

We deliver to most Auckland areas for a flat service price of $15. The Auckland area this service price covers is as follows: As far north as Long Bay, west to Massey and Titirangi Township, no further south than Papakura, and no further east than Cockle Bay.

We deliver twice a day, Monday to Friday. Once on Saturdays, and no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays (Except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day).  

Orders received before 9.30am will be sent out in the morning and will be delivered any time before 2.30pm.

Orders received before 1.00pm will be sent out on our afternoon delivery and will be delivered no later than 6.30pm. If you place an order after the above times, your flowers will be delivered the following working day.

Orders for Saturday delivery need to place on Friday afternoon and will be delivered any time before 2.30pm on Saturday, we cannot guarantee morning deliveries on Saturdays.

Orders for Sunday (under COVID level 3 Eastridge Flowers will be closed)

If you place an order after the above times, your flowers will be delivered the following working day.

We will endeavour to always get your orders out within the usual times set above but If your order needs to be delivered urgently or for a certain time, this does incur an extra cost. Please call the shop for a quote. 09 528-2528

Orders to business addresses (based on usual business hours) must be placed before 9.00\am for same day delivery. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for business orders placed after this time. On Valentine’s Day we are unable to deliver to business addresses. Please contact the shop for more information.

There are several options if the recipient is not home upon delivery.  

Please make sure you have included the delivery date in your order and a contact phone number of the recipient, The courier will only make contact if they are not at home to arrange a safe place to leave the flowers or if special codes are needed to access the address.

If possible, our trusted couriers will leave the flowers in a safe and dry spot. All our flowers are sent out with a good water pack to ensure freshness.

If we are unable to leave the flowers somewhere safe, our couriers will leave a calling card for the recipient. If this is the case, there will be a re-delivery fee of the same original delivery cost.
